Event Waiver and Release of Liability
Event Name: Tangled Lights Productions @ Starlight Ranch
Event Dates: 2023 Season
Location: Starlight Ranch Event Center, Amarillo, Texas
In consideration of being permitted to enter and participate in the Tangled Lights Productions Christmas Light Show Park at Starlight Ranch Event Center hosted by Tangled Lights Productions LLC, I, the ticket purchaser, on behalf of myself and any accompanying individuals, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
• This ticket constitutes a final sale.
• Tickets are required for individuals aged 4 and above.
• Each ticket grants a single admission to the selected date during our 2023 Christmas Season.
• No external food or beverages are permitted.
• All ticket purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable.
• The ticket is only valid for the dates specified on the ticket itself.
• Operating hours and days of the park are subject to change without prior notice due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
• In cases of technical malfunctions or adverse weather conditions, Tangled Lights Productions LLC reserves the right to close specific sections of the park or the entire park without prior notification.
• By purchasing tickets for the Tangled Lights Productions Event at Starlight Ranch Event Center, you hereby acknowledge and agree that it is strictly prohibited to publicly resell or attempt to resell tickets for this event in any form, whether through online platforms, physical exchanges, or any other means. Such unauthorized resale is in violation of our terms and may result in the cancellation of the tickets without refund or any further liability on the part of Tangled Lights Productions LLC and Starlight Ranch Event Center. We are committed to ensuring a fair and enjoyable experience for all attendees and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy.
Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participating in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of slipping, falling, injury, or damage to property. I also will not enter the park if I have medical conditions that are triggered by flashing lights. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Event.
Release of Liability: I hereby release and discharge Tangled Lights Productions LLC, Starlight Ranch Event Center, and any other associated companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or relating to any injury, loss, damage, or other harm that may occur during or as a result of my participation in the Event.
Waiver of Claims: I waive any and all claims that I, my heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns may have against Tangled Lights Productions LLC, Starlight Ranch Event Center, and any other associated companies, arising out of or related to my participation in the Event.
Disturbances and Removal: I agree to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during my visit to the Event. Tangled Lights Productions LLC, Starlight Ranch Event Center, or any hired security reserves the right to ask any attendee to leave or to remove any individual without refund if they are causing disturbances or disruptions to the Event experience, or if there is probable cause. This includes inability to watch or handle any child that is attending the park with them.
Weather and Event Closure: I acknowledge that the Event is an outdoor park and may be closed due to weather conditions on any given night. I understand that Tangled Lights Productions LLC has the right to close the Event for safety reasons, and I will not hold Tangled Lights Productions LLC, Starlight Ranch Event Center, or any associated companies liable for such closures. I understand that if Tangled Lights Productions LLC closes the park for weather. a coupon code will be issued to attend another night of the Event. If you are unable to attend and Tangled Lights Productions LLC decision to close is the reason that you can no longer attend, then you can request for a full refund even if purchase protection was not purchased.
Filming and Ads: Upon entering Tangled Lights Productions at Starlight Ranch Event Center, you hereby grant permission for your voice, name, and/or likeness to be utilized without any form of compensation, in commercial film or photography associated with the advertising of Tangled Lights Productions LLC and Starlight Ranch Event Center. This authorization encompasses all forms of media, both existing and future, for an indefinite period, and by doing so, you release Tangled Lights Productions LLC and Starlight Ranch Event Center, along with their successors, assignees, and licensees, from any and all liabilities.
COVID-19 Disclaimer: By visiting our or any public location, please acknowledge that you are assuming the risk of the spread of COVID-19. As recommended by the CDC, if you are an older adult or an adult who has serious underlying medical conditions, please use caution before visiting our or any public place, as you are at a higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. Please evaluate your health and risk before choosing to visit. We reserve the right to close any and/or all attractions to best follow any state-mandated guidelines provided. These closures can occur prior to the start of a business day as well as at any point during operating hours. By agreeing to this warning, you acknowledge that you are assuming any and all posed risks. You also agree that NEITHER Tangled Lights Productions LLC nor Starlight Ranch Event Center will be held liable in the event you do contract or are exposed to COVID-19 or any other illness during your visit.
Please be aware that Tangled Lights Productions LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or revise the terms and conditions of ticket purchase and event participation at any time without prior notice. By purchasing tickets for Tangled Lights Productions event at Starlight Ranch Event Center, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review the terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the purchased tickets constitutes your acceptance of any modifications made to the terms and conditions.
